Chapter Chapter 16 in Developer Relations, 2021, pp 161-168 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The developer’s journey begins when they first learn about you, which we call the Discover stage. If we look back at the Developer Journey Map, we see the goal of the developer at this stage is to answer the question – Is this of use to me? The task of DevRel is to answer that question and move the developer along to the next stage of the developer journey as quickly as possible.
