Chapter Chapter 20 in Developer Relations, 2021, pp 189-194 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Having moved past a Hello World, and deciding to proceed, the developer reaches the Build stage. Now they are ready to create something specific with your product for the problem they are trying to solve. The developers’ activity has moved from exploring to building. Your mission is to continue to engage, encourage, and motivate them and remove friction so they can reach their (and your) ultimate goal – scale.
