Chapter Chapter 26 in Developer Relations, 2021, pp 251-267 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract A fundamental component of managing your program is to measure its performance. Metrics, as we have seen, can be a murky area for many developer programs who are unfamiliar with what to measure, don’t know how to measure, aren’t measuring the right things, or aren’t making effective use of the metrics they do collect. Being able to articulate the impact of your work is vital. It’s something you want to own rather than have imposed on you.
