Abstract: Abstract You may be sitting back and chuckling to yourself. “Team? I wish!” Or you finally received some budget to hire a new team member, and you’re not quite sure of the exact role to fill. In this section, we will outline the various roles and describe “what good looks like” as you build out your DevRel team. This will help you benchmark where you are on your particular journey, where DevRel roles sit inside a typical organization, how to go about building a team, the skill sets required, hiring, and how the interactions work with other departments.
