Chapter Chapter 8 in Developer Relations, 2021, pp 69-80 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract If the target audience is the first differentiator, the second major differentiator of Developer Relations is the business model. A business model is how an organization captures value. As we read in Chapter 4, value in developer products can come in the form of dollars generated by selling products or services, but it can also be achieved via other means such as through a reduction in costs and time and the community and relationships the DevRel team build and nurture.
