Political Tactics
Peter Wendorff
Chapter Chapter 10 in Politics in Software Development, 2022, pp 105-124 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Members of organizations routinely use political behavior to advance their interests. Because politics is a normal part of life in organizations, their members may not even perceive instances of popular tactics as political behavior. In this chapter, we explain the framework’s seven tactics in detail and show how stakeholders apply them in software development.
