Abstract: Abstract In the planning for a flight in an airplane, meticulous attention is focused on the calculation of the required amount of fuel essential for a successful journey. Yet, even with allowances for reserves, fuel starvation accidents are still reported. Maybe it may not be as dramatic as aircraft fuel starvation, but the improper calculation of human, technical, and financial resources required for a successful venture carries an analogous sense of failure through starvation. Let us look at the various components in more detail:
