People and Processes
Praz
Chapter Chapter 13 in Link Technology to Your Long-Term Business Goals, 2022, pp 69-80 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Many companies start out with chaotic, unstructured execution but then move to a smooth process-driven execution. In between the two ends is when you see the processes evolving. This evolution is driven by the people within. To introduce processes, there have to be people who have experienced the benefits of these processes before. These people will then take the others along the long and arduous journey of setting up each process. Oftentimes new processes will meet resistance, but in the end the processes will prevail.
