Abstract Hiring is hard. Hiring in tech is harder. Hiring good people in tech is even harder. Hiring good people in tech who actually stay on and contribute significantly to the product is much harder still. Hiring good people in tech who actually stay on, contribute significantly, and then help in hiring other good people, thereby building a network, is super hard.
