Chapter Chapter 6 in SAP Enterprise Architecture, 2022, pp 141-156 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Defining business processes and capabilities by developing a business architecture helps articulate what data services, data sources, and data types are required to support those business processes and capabilities. Knowing which business functions utilize information; where data is created, consumed, and stored; and which technology components store and manipulate the information is crucial to achieving business objectives.
