Chapter Chapter 11 in How to Develop Your Creative Identity at Work, 2022, pp 177-183 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In the first part of this book, we discussed how schooling and work experiences influence your beliefs about your creativity and what role it has in your life. Creative mortification and frustration can deter you from actively developing a professional path as a creator. In the second part, we mapped out the inner dialogue between the creative self, the ought self, and the current self, which results in self-disruption habits that strengthen your creative identity.
