Chapter Chapter 12 in How to Develop Your Creative Identity at Work, 2022, pp 185-208 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In the Romanian culture where I was born, there is a tradition when a baby turns one year old. The mother prepares a tray on which she selects objects, like a book, a pen, money, car keys, mobile phone, toothbrush, hair brush, mirror, scissors, etc. Faced with the tray, the baby chooses one object. The adults interpret the choice. It becomes the prophecy for the chosen profession of the adult to be.
