Abstract: Abstract Among creativity researchers, one standard definition is that it is the ability to make unusual connections and engage in specific habits that lead to novel, useful, and surprising outcomes (e.g., ideas, projects, initiatives, products). Hence, creativity can refer to a type of thinking, a process, and an outcome. Let’s take a detailed look at each of these.
