Toward the Workspaces Where New Curiosities Take You

Chapter Chapter 6 in How to Develop Your Creative Identity at Work, 2022, pp 105-115 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract So far, we’ve been like detectives following strategies to uncover creative impulses and think again about what kind of a creator you are. Now we turn the attention toward the types of environments where your creative orientations can be fostered. Let’s assume you become aware of an unexpected curiosity toward self-expression, people well-being, conceptual problems, or societal challenges. How can you recognize the institutional settings where you could consolidate your knowledge and practice the new skills?
