Chapter Chapter 7 in Marketing for Small B2B Businesses, 2022, pp 113-134 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract A consulting firm was referred to us to help them solve an issue they were having with their website. The issue turned out to be a small handful of issues all nested together. It’s almost impossible for your marketing not to rely on technology today. Fearing that technology gets a lot of small businesses in trouble. This is partly because they fail to take advantage of the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing technology, but mostly because they stick their heads in the sand when it comes to maintaining the security and compatibility of the technology they are using. This is particularly true of websites.
