Chapter Chapter 14 in The Business Manager's Guide to Software Projects, 2023, pp 185-201 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract After all this talk and planning, the development team can now finally get down to building some actual software. This chapter does not aim to explain how to program but rather gives an insight into the process—along with any surrounding tasks that can help the development team work as efficiently as possible. A good software developer should understand the nature of your business, and together you can ensure that you create the software to support it.
