Training, Going Live, and Maintenance
Jonathan Peter Crosby
Chapter Chapter 16 in The Business Manager's Guide to Software Projects, 2023, pp 213-219 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The next steps lead up to the go-live of the new system or the new features. How the launch is done, again depends on the methodology used. Continuous updates may be used for an Agile process, and this more gradual approach can soften the landing. On the other hand, the Waterfall methodology will typically involve a large big bang release.
