Chapter Chapter 14 in The Startup Players Handbook, 2023, pp 543-573 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The company has found a little success. Our adventuring party managed to complete a few side quests, level up a little, and prepare for bigger and better romps through the startup universe. Here’s the thing: early successes can be parlayed into huge later successes if we have a good framework to grow. That means building systems that align around intentional and deliberate actions, as well as maintaining culture and bringing on the next generation of leaders. Hopefully, that sounds like a lot because as more and more people grow dependent on our continued success, we need to be serious about the game, or horrible, evil monsters will eat us all. Okay, so not entirely serious if we’re still talking about monsters.
