Chapter Chapter 4 in Developer Advocacy, 2023, pp 39-47 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The previous chapter discussed how to create a developer advocacy team. But what do you do with your developer advocates (or if you're just starting out, your single advocate) once you've introduced the function into your business. In other words, which work expectations should you set for advocates, how should you structure their tasks, and how do you measure their success?
