Chapter Chapter 9 in Developer Advocacy, 2023, pp 87-96 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Throughout this book, we've touched on the importance of measuring the impact of developer advocates and developer advocacy investments. But we haven't said much about exactly how you do that. We held off because measurement is arguably the most complex facet of developer advocacy operations, and you can't chart an effective measurement strategy until you understand all of the other factors that go into advocacy.
