Abstract: Abstract If you’ve joined a startup, or even interviewed at one, you’ll likely have been sold the utopia of building on a blank canvas. That we have no processes in place, no playbook to make our success repeatable, no idea what we’re even doing. OK, maybe not that last one, but I’ll come on to that later and why it wouldn’t be such a bad thing to tell people up front.
