Abstract: Abstract In the last chapter, we covered the myth that is the blank canvas we’re building from and the paint that already exists on that canvas. Arguably the biggest source of paint and the state of the business you’ve joined will be in the leaders that are already in place. So in this chapter, I want to get under the skin of startup leadership which, unsurprisingly, have appeared frequently in my mental notes.
