Chapter Chapter 7 in People Ops, 2023, pp 103-116 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter continues our exploration of key components or milestones that allow us to engage, develop, empower, and recognize our people. Learning is undoubtedly one of the biggest reasons why people join startups, especially if they are transitioning out of bigger and more established businesses. But learning doesn’t just happen in startups. It takes a whole lot of planning, feedback, design, onboarding, and leadership support to enable learning and the growth culture associated with it, which is what we’re going to dive straight into.
