Abstract: Abstrait Agriculteur est le plus vieux métier du monde, après celui de chasseurcueilleur, ce dernier relevant ďailleurs de la même finalité. Cela ne veut pas dire qu’il est immuable mais cela témoigne ďune vraie spécificité et ďun caractère vital. C’est la racine des sociétés et cela justifie une analyse prenant en compte ce caractère nourricier de ľhomme et des civilisations.
