Abstract: Abstract Taylor, Santiago, Hauer, Hynes, and Mickahail provide a much-needed discussion on ways innovative leaders are preparing for the future. Effective leadership styles, including relevant examples and self-reflective exercises, make up the discussion of building an innovative, diverse organizational culture. Possible future technology challenges and opportunities demonstrate the practice of flexibility and risk taking, with real-life examples of organizations coping with change. A short history of the Industrial Revolutions helps the reader to understand the effect of technology on society as well as businesses when looking toward the future. The discussion of the Fourth Revolution includes Artificial Intelligence, robotics, Machine Learning, and workforce disruption.
