Abstract:
Abstract Throughout his successful career, Dr. Joe Hair has demonstrated a remarkable ability to be both a gifted teacher and patient guide for his students. This essay provides a glimpse into my personal experience as a student of Joe Hair’s, and briefly highlights lessons learned for professors seeking to improve their own mentoring style with doctoral candidates.
