A chapter in The Great Facilitator, 2019, pp 193-197 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Numerous students, academics, and research-oriented practitioners have benefited from Professor Joe Hair’s famous books and scientific articles. His work has helped many to succeed in their university courses, boost their scientific research and career development, and improve their instructional content and rigor. Professor James Gaskin and I (Walid Chaouali) are very pleased to participate in this edited volume to celebrate Professor Joseph Hair’s diversified and abundant impacts. This chapter is our way of thanking him and recognizing his massive influence and outstanding efforts in advancing knowledge. Throughout this chapter, we have reported, shared, and discussed our personal reflections and stories showing different facets of Joe: the man of science and altruism—a modern good Samaritan. Our firm conviction is that this kind of testimonial can help others follow in his footsteps and encourage scholars around the world to build programs and habits of knowledge sharing and altruism.
