Abstract: Abstract This is our humble contribution to the book The Great Facilitator: Reflections on the Contribution of Joseph F. Hair. This manuscript describes the experience of the Seville crew with the man behind the scholar. The recollections refer to the two consecutive visits in 2014 and 2015 to the Universidad de Sevilla and his academic and personal activities in this university. The PLS community from Seville could enjoy what a great scholar and splendid person Joe F. Hair is. We provide evidence of this throughout the manuscript.
