Chapter Chapter 20 in Islamic Financial Products, 2019, pp 265-277 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Istisna’ is used widely as a mode of financing of an Islamic bank. It can be used in the construction industry such as apartment buildings, hospitals, schools, and universities. It also can be used in high technology industries such as aircraft industry, locomotive and ship building industries. One of the most important teachings of the Qur’an about business conduct is to fulfill promises and contract. The Qur’an demands that all contracts must be accomplished.
