Chapter Chapter 3 in Islamic Financial Products, 2019, pp 33-41 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The promising arena of Islamic corporate application and governance has caught the attention of both Muslims and non-Muslims, with equal participation in establishing and offering competitive and sound Islamic financial products. Resulting from this phenomenon, besides having almost 300 entities of full fledged Islamic financial providers in today’s world, almost all conventional potential players are also offering Islamic financial products through the establishment of segregated windows and divisions respectively, by adapting suitable mechanisms of Shari’ah compliance.
