Abstract: Abstract Financing is crucial for an entrepreneur who wish to start new venture, or simply we could give an example a person who wish to start a new business or to buy a new house, a new car or maybe for personal financing. Since it is an important decision, so each person must make the right decision in determining the right kind of financing that would not only give the best method of financing but also provide him or her with the coverage if things does not turns out to be what they expected.
