Abstract: Abstract The definitions of Rahn used in this chapter apply to the specific references in the Mortgage Takaful Plan. Under this plan, mortgage Takaful policy is a kind of protection on behalf of the policyholder as a borrower and as guarantor to the financier, such as the bank for providing credit or a loan facility for the purpose of purchasing assets such as shop premises, land, car and so on. This plan guarantees justice between both parties.
