Chapter Chapter 6 in Diophantine Equations and Power Integral Bases, 2019, pp 81-92 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Although there is an extensive literature of the explicit resolution of Thue equations (see for example Chap. 3 ), the problem of algorithmic resolution of norm form equations was not investigated formerly. Our purpose is now to fill this gap and to give an efficient method for solving norm form equations under general conditions. The reason to include this algorithm in this book is that we use the same tools of Chap. 2 as for the above types of Thue equations.
