Chapter Chapter 6 in The Flow of Organizational Culture, 2020, pp 65-89 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Because much of the overt focus of organization development (OD) is on changing organizations, this chapter contains an in-depth examination of organizational change technique as described in John Kotter’s 1996 book, “Leading Change.” As the eight stages of changing an organization are described, we examine how these actions have implications for changing the organization’s culture. Suggestions for addressing those changes from the “culture perspective” are made for each stage.
