Chapter 7 in The Viability of Organizations Vol. 3, 2020, pp 103-114 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter details the second major element for establishing the holistic perspective in organizations (called the “right wing” of an organization), namely the frame of reference that encloses all corporate functions or units that are part of a system function. It further describes the mistake that can be made in the design of this frame of reference and why organizations need an organizational “ABS”.
