Abstract: Abstract What was formulated as an alternative to modernization theory and economic liberal theories (neoclassic, neoliberal, and Keynesian) by EDS authors was mostly engulfed by the wave of neoliberalism and the globalization decade of the 1990s. Only single more radical authors continued their work nonwithstanding.
