Abstract:
Abstract A theoretical research of the rapid development process at an organization revealed the fact that management of the process should rely on an innovative approach aimed at executing rapid product development and manufacturing projects. A company’s ability to achieve rapid development through execution of innovative projects depends on its innovative potential, which consists of material, financial, informational, scientific, technical, and other resources, as well as competences used in its innovative work, ability to properly react to negative influences that could impede the innovative process.
