Chapter Chapter 6 in The New Economy of the Product Life Cycle, 2020, pp 195-230 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Creating a technical and economic image of a product, which should gain substantial competitive advantages over similar products that are present in a market, is just the starting point of making an advanced product; to preserve its uniqueness and attractiveness and to prevent loss of competitiveness over time, due to progressing markets, technologies, public needs, etc., it is necessary to manage its life cycle properly.
