Abstract:
Abstract The Measure phase aims to measure, evaluate, and understand the current state of the process. In this phase, the data are collected for relevant CTQ (Critical-to-Quality) characteristics and prepared for the Analyze phase. Data collection plans, types of variables and sampling methods, measuring various limits of CTQ characteristics, and sigma levels of the process and system will be analyzed in this chapter.
