Firstly, we describe the current employment patternsEmployment patterns ofWorker older older workersOlder workers in the SwissSwiss context, paying particular attention to gender differencesGender differences over the life-course. In a second section, we present the three-pillarPillars SwissSwiss pension system, before going on to analyse the nature and the origins of the gender pensionGender pension gap gapGap pension .
