Abstract:
Abstract Alzheimer’s is a disease of the brain that causes problems with memory, thinking and behavior. Using advanced electronic technology, the research work aids the victims to perform their daily scheduled tasks. The research work involves solution to Alzheimer’s patients by providing them a personal assistant. The assistant consists of an event reminder, location detector, a fall sensor, a Panic or SOS button for emergency. Basically, the assistant is a wearable module, which has a display, built in power supply; also it comes with all the required modules that does the above described functions. The patient’s caretaker is responsible for input data that is, the time during which the pills have to be taken must be provided initially by him. This information is stored in the database. The main aim of the project work is tracing path as well as navigating along with emergency contacts and also health monitoring.
