Abstract:
Abstract An analysis of the subject literature indicates that there are numerous terms regarding corporate social responsibility, its typology, functions in an organization and in the environment. The main purpose of this publication is to draw attention to the issue of social responsibility of a small enterprise, in particular a small training and consulting company. This article is of a theoretical and empirical nature. The author has reviewed the subject literature and, on the basis of a survey, aims to answer the question: Is a small training and consulting enterprise socially responsible? If yes, to what extent?
