Abstract:
Abstract In their 1963 seminal book, Donald Campbell and Julian Stanley introduced what they called quasi-experimental designs for research. They argued that in the managerial and organizational sciences—unlike in the exact sciences—true experiments like those conducted in a laboratory, are not feasible.
