Chapter Chapter 4 in Beyond Business Analytics, 2022, pp 57-108 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter addresses the ways in which we represent organizational events. This is the description of the various formats with which we collate or assemble organizational events under a single coherent description. There are several ways to describe organizational events—each of these with its own attributes, strengths, and weaknesses (Bannister and Griffith 1986; Boudreau 2015; Braunstein 1974; Chen et al. 2012; Geisler 2001).
