Chapter Chapter 6 in The Future of Leadership Development, 2021, pp 105-107 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This book was written in order to make a contribution to the leadership development industry and to achieve some personal sense making. Next to deepening the understanding of what experts in the industry see as key to making leadership development sustainable, it shows the importance that the three primary audiences for this book—leadership development suppliers, HR professionals and senior leaders—prevent themselves from slipping into dangerously comfortable routines.
