Abstract:
Abstract This chapter extends previous discussions to detail the strategy of licensing IP in the IB context. First, I explain the different types of licensing activities. Second, I discuss the various licensing relationships. Third, the focus is on using negotiating skills to reach a successful IP licensing deal. Finally, I detail what should be included in a licensing contract.
