Abstract:
Abstract Trust, today, is a problem with special characteristics, prompting debate over its interpretations, measurement, and areas requiring development and strengthening. In these conditions, a decline in confidence has been observed since the late 1990s, remaining low in the modern global economy. For science and practice, issues of trust formation remain relevant, including confidence assessments, methodology for such assessment, and strategies for improving it for different economic development scenarios. In this regard, the identification and justification of the choice of factors that have a positive and negative impact on the level of trust that determines its level and the parameters defining it remain highly relevant. This is the case with this article, which examines the confidence factors for financial market institutions, and provides justification for the use of indicators to assess them.
