Abstract: Abstract Talent acquisition is a critical business process that utilizes cross-functional teams whose members may be unaware of the broad organizational value of diversity and inclusion. We explore key opportunities within the talent acquisition process and ways to prioritize diversity and inclusion at the point of candidate selection.
