Abstract: Abstract This chapter gives a possible solution, starting with a brief introduction to the latest technique on self-governing openness of data. As a blueprint, this solution addresses three possible issues, and they are establishing a people-oriented mechanism, identifying the transaction in the best matches, globally collecting taxes with less manpower, and making system transparency via a feedback mechanism.
