Business Models

Jack Gregg ()

Chapter 27 in The Cosmos Economy, 2021, pp 223-236 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract A business model is the fundamental structure of the enterprise. The business plan is how the company uniquely decides to execute and provide value to its customers. Once the business model is defined and understood by the core constituencies (vendors, customers, competitors, employees, government regulators, investors, etc.) then the business plan can be defined, implemented, and measured.
